How can I join 24symbols?

If you already have a user account in 24symbols or if you want to join with your Facebook or Google profile, click on the green LOGIN button.
You will find three different login options:

with Facebook: join 24symbols with your Facebook account.
with Google: join 24symbols with your Google account.
with a user and password: you will see two text boxes to input an email account ( xxxxx@xxx.xxx) and a password. After typing them click the green ENTER button.

How can I create a 24symbols account?

In the home page, click on the white CREATE ACCOUNT button or go to https://www.24symbols.com/users/sign_up.
You will see two text boxes to input an email account ( xxxxx@xxx.xxx) and a password. After typing them click the green ENTER button.
You are now logged into 24symbols! Each time you want to log on 24symbols from any device use that email and password you just entered.

How can I delete my 24symbols account?

In the homepage, on the top right corner, click on the picture icon to display a menu with options.
Click on SETTINGS and then on DELETE ACCOUNT.
You are done! Your information and account will be removed from the platform.

How can I customise my user account?

Login to 24symbols with your user and password.
In the homepage, on the top right corner, click on the picture icon to display a menu with options.
Click on SETTINGS and you will open a new window with two sections: PROFILE SETTINGS and ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
In ACCOUNT SETTINGS you will see your private information, login and password: You can modify this information whenever you want to.
When you finish click on the green button to SAVE CHANGES.

How can I customise my public profile?

Login to 24symbols with your user and password.
In the homepage, on the top right corner, click on the picture icon to display a menu with options.
Click on SETTINGS and you will see a new window with two sections: PROFILE SETTINGS and ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
In PROFILE SETTINGS you are able to make changes to your 24symbol's public profile (the space where other 24symbol's users will see you). You can choose a 'user name', for example manuel, and you automatically generate a link to your public profile with the name you chose: https://www.24symbols.com/user/manuel/library, this link leads to your personal library in 24symbols. You can also include a description, a web page and an avatar.
When you are done click on the green button to SAVE CHANGES.

How do I change my password?

Login to 24symbols with your user and password.
In the homepage, on the top right corner, click on the picture icon to display a menu with options.
Click on SETTINGS and you will open a new window with two sections: PROFILE SETTINGS and ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
In ACCOUNT SETTINGS you have the button CHANGE PASSWORD.
Input your new password twice and click on CHANGE PASSWORD to accept the change.

How can I recover my password?

Go to https://www.24symbols.com/users/password/new.
Once you are inside, input the email that you normally use to connect to 24symbols, and click on RECOVER PASSWORD.
In a few minutes you will receive in your email's inbox the steps you need to follow in order to change your password.
