Synopsis

In "The Remoulding of Groby Lington," Saki explores the peculiar relationship between humans and their pets through the character of Groby Lington, who becomes increasingly obsessed with the notion that pet owners begin to resemble their animals. Following the death of his parrot, Groby is gifted a small monkey, which he initially finds charming. However, as the story unfolds, Groby's mischievous behavior escalates, leading to a series of humorous and chaotic incidents that reveal his true character.
