Summary

After his empire on Mars collapses, Nic is convinced he’ll be left on the remote prison island of Rott to do exactly that. When the government offers him a pardon in exchange for his apocalyptic superweapon Red Rain, Nic seizes the opportunity, hoping to trick the officials and escape.
