In Nothing but the Truth, top intelligence experts from the worlds of espionage, business, and law enforcement reveal how they get the information they need and give you the key tools to get the information you need, including:A system to vet sourcesEight conversation motivators that help you drive toward the truthTechniques to turn a hostile source into a cooperative oneThe means to control the sequence of a conversationGetting the truth through email or on the phone

Whether your aim is to grill suspects and witnesses, help someone with an urgent need, figure out who is lying or cheating, or upgrade your ability to be honest with yourself, Nothing but the Truth will show you how to do it.

The MeToo movement has become one of the most significant social movements of the 21st century, capturing the global attention of millions and reshaping conversations around sexual harassment, assault, and gender inequality. What began as a simple hashtag in 2006, introduced by activist Tarana Burke, has evolved into a global call to action, leading to widespread awareness, conversations, and systemic changes regarding how society addresses sexual violence. The movement’s resonance stems from its powerful message: sexual harassment and assault are widespread issues that affect women and marginalized groups across all sectors of society, from entertainment to politics, from workplaces to homes.
The origins of MeToo lie in a need for a platform where survivors of sexual violence could share their experiences and find solidarity. Tarana Burke’s original vision was to create a supportive community for women of color who had experienced abuse and harassment. However, it was not until 2017, when the hashtag #MeToo went viral following allegations against Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein, that the movement gained immense global traction. What followed was a wave of survivors coming forward, recounting their own stories of harassment, abuse, and trauma. The hashtag quickly became a symbol of empowerment, solidarity, and strength, with millions of people around the world joining in to share their experiences, stand in support of others, and demand change.

The digital age played a crucial role in amplifying the voices of survivors. Social media platforms, particularly Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, provided a space for individuals to share their stories without the barriers of traditional media. The power of the hashtag allowed voices from all walks of life, from ordinary individuals to high-profile celebrities, to unite in a way that was impossible before.

Transylvania has a unique culture and history. The land of Transylvania is a melting pot of many peoples and has produced great personalities such as musicians, poets, scientists as well as Olympic champions. However, it is not only rich in culture, history and personalities, but also in a picturesque landscape, which is home to a great treasure of raw materials.
Learn more about the history, culture, language, coexistence of Germans, Hungarians, Szekler and Romanians, the geography, economy, political situation and generally about the current situation in Transylvania in the Transylvania Quiz. The quiz highlights the living situation of the Transylvanian Saxons, Szekler, Hungarians and Romanians in Transylvania. However, the quiz does not only exemplarily illustrate the life situation of the population groups in Transylvania, but also of the Transylvanian Saxons, Hungarians, Romanians and Szekler outside of Transylvania. For example, the player learns about the Transylvanian Saxons in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Canada or the USA.
Transylvania has a lot to offer and the Transylvanian quiz awaits you with many questions. History is more than just the past, it explains the present and gives us ideas for the future.
The quiz game is a game for young and old. It can be guessed and puzzled with the whole family and friends. But Transylvania Quiz as a tool can also be used by teachers to accompany and complement lessons.

For decades women have shone the spotlight on equality and asked why they're treated like second-class citizens. They've understandably demanded freedoms, rights and legal protections and, while they've slowly won some battles, it has been far too long and been far too arduous.
But why is that? Why have generations of men blocked their march towards equality and what impact has it had? Journalist , broadcaster and former 'lad' Chris Hemmings sets out to explore why so few men ask such probing questions of their own sex.
How do we raise sweet young boys to become aggressive? Why do so few fathers take parental leave? Why do men rape so many people every year? Why do we still judge success on financial prowess? Why are three times as many men killing themselves as women? In short, how does our masculine determination to be dominant not only impact on the women and girls in our lives, but also the men and boys.
The answer to all these questions, and more, can be determined by discovering what, in 2017, it really means to Be A Man.

“A compelling review of Antipater and his family . . . A gripping story of a real game of thrones” from the author of the Seleukid Empire trilogy (Firetrench).   Antipater was a key figure in the rise of Macedon under Philip II and instrumental in the succession of Alexander III (the Great). Alexander entrusted Antipater with ruling Macedon in his long absence and he defeated the Spartans in 331 BC. After Alexander’s death he crushed a Greek uprising and became regent of the co-kings, Alexander’s mentally impaired half-brother (Philip III Arrhideus) and infant son (Alexander IV). He brokered a settlement between the contending Successors but died in 319 BC, having first appointed Polyperchon to succeed as regent in preference to his own sons.   Antipater’s eldest son Cassander later became regent of Macedon but eventually had Alexander IV killed and made himself king. Three of his sons in turn briefly succeeded him but could not retain the throne. Antipater’s female heirs are shown to be just as important, both as pawns and surprisingly independent players in this Macedonian game of thrones. The saga ends with the failed bid by Nikaia, the widow of Antipater’s great grandson Alexander of Corinth, to become independent ruler of Macedon.   “A great book by a great author on one of the most important of the Diadochi.” —A Wargamers Needful Things
