Sinopse

As the show season begins, everything is going great for Noble Dreams. Cora has several new boarders; her students are doing well. Her relationship with Ari has never been better. The only hitch? Ari's friend Brit, a dressage rider, is back from a year in Europe and Cora just can't shake the feeling that Brit isn't everything she seems. Everyone's telling her she just needs to trust Ari, but she also doesn't want to see her partner get hurt.
When Cora's fears prove to be founded, it's up to her to protect her partner, and when the unspeakable happens, how will Ari bounce back? And will Noble Dreams be able to withstand the events that have the potential to shake it to its core?

Blessed by the gods and goddesses, edoli have lived alongside humans for thousands of years. While some hold such abilities as shape-shifting and controlling the elements, the rarest are the kings and queens who can bond through blood with keepers and amplify their power . . . and their own.

Titos has been seen as useless and weak his entire life. He's never been able to bond with another edoli and has nothing of value to offer his queen.

When a stranger saves him from certain death, Titos's life will never be the same.

Seth isn't just some random stranger: he's absolutely gorgeous and claims to have been drawn to Titos to serve him as his keeper. He assures Titos he is a king, and a powerful one at that. But a king isn't all Titos is . . .

After nearly killing Seth during their bonding, Titos is terrified of his abilities. Luckily, Seth isn't the only keeper drawn to Titos's call, and Mazki knows what to do to save Seth's life.

The connection between Titos, Seth, and Mazki is immediate and strong, and it isn't long before Adom and Kail are drawn to Titos as well.

    Contains mature themes.

NOT THE BOY FOR YOU is the story of a life deferred but not denied. In this deeply personal literary memoir, Angelo Robinson chronicles his journey to wholeness as a young Black gay man in America. NOT THE BOY FOR YOU is a voyage through imagination and secrecy to create a world free to accept, embrace, and love all of oneself, freed from the face of familial loyalty, societal mandates, gendered constructions, sexual boundaries, and Christian taboos. He takes on the intersection of sexuality and race and false, malicious declarations by some that Blackness does not include homosexuality because it is a behavior learned from Whites, a form of self-hatred, and traitorous to the African American community. NOT THE BOY FOR YOU grounds his story historically and culturally with research on the literary, cinematic, and photographic emergence and evolution of Black male homosexuality. This examination explores the complex and complicated reality of how the Black male body, though marginalized, has been fetishized which is central to the wider cultural production of homosexuality. NOT THE BOY FOR YOU is Robinson’s path to accepting and loving all of himself, with each step making him stronger and more empowered to confidently live out his race, gender, faith, and sexuality on his own terms—unapologetically. Angelo Robinson, PhD, is a native of Pensacola, Florida. After a successful ten-year career in Information Technology as a programmer analyst, Robinson earned a doctorate in English with a specialization in American Studies and a concentration in African American literature, culture, and history at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is currently an Associate Professor of English Emeritus at Goucher College. He has presented papers on James Baldwin regionally, nationally, and internationally, and published four journal articles on Baldwin’s fiction, as well as on issues of race, gender, and sexuality, and the neo-slave narrative genre. He lives in Baltimore, Maryland.

Neither may the men, and when these men meet, attraction does not always equal love—at least immediately—but chemistry finds a way.
