Summary

Naturally we manage out of our own strengths and personality style.  But do we make the mistake hiring people to our team who are just like us?  As a manager this can be a critical mistake! We need people with equal and opposite gifts (which are equally important) to create a balance and cover blind-spots.  
Managers gain success by going beyond their style to understand others, meet needs and expectations, and connect quicker on all four areas of preferences. These managers will produce better results with less friction and gain more loyalty from each member.
