Synopsis

Naturally we lead out of our own strengths and personality style.  But do we make the mistake of drawing people to our team just like us?  As a leader this can be a critical mistake! We need people with equal and opposite gifts (which are equally important) to create a balance and cover blind-spots. 
 Leaders gain success by going beyond their style to understand others, meet needs and expectations, and connect quicker on all four areas of preferences. These leaders will produce better results with less friction and gain more loyalty from each member.
