Summary

It is estimated that Jane Austen was about twelve when she began her pen work with a series of comic stories, some of which she did not even complete, and which are now known as her Juvenilia, her youthful work, and so she continued 6 years.

These small works left them compiled in 3 notebooks (two of them perhaps a gift from his father) that he called Volumes.
