Sinopsis

The Turn of the Screw is a classic novella by Henry James, first published in 1898. It's a gothic ghost story that explores themes of psychological horror, ambiguity, and innocence versus corruption.

Henry James (1843–1916) was an American-British author and literary critic, renowned for his complex narratives, rich psychological depth, and his exploration of consciousness, morality, and the social dynamics of his time. He is considered one of the most important figures in 19th-century literature, especially in the development of the modern novel.
