Sinopsis

Enjoy this short story by Hellen Heels. 
He saw his wife signaling to him to agree that he knew them. He smiled. “Why, of course I know the Brown’s family. How are you doing today?” 
“I am well and fine, Andrew. Are you free today?” 
“At the moment I am free. Would you need my services?” 
“Yes. I have an issue with one of the rooms. I think the roof is leaking.” 
“I will be there right away.” 
“Good. I’ll text you the address, just in case you don’t know where I stay.” 
Almost immediately, there was a beep on his phone. He glanced at the message. It was an address. “Thank you. I have received it.” 
“Wonderful. So, how soon can you be here then?” 
“Within the next ten minutes or so.” 
“That would be great. I look forward to seeing you by then, Andrew.” 
“I look forward to solving your roofing issue too.” 
When the line went dead, he turned to his wife. She was smiling at him. “Well, well, well. How did she get your number?” 
“I told you about the online ads, didn’t I? I am sure she must have seen it. That was why she called me.” 
She rubbed her chin. “My, my, my. And here I was thinking that you didn’t know what you were doing.”
