Sinopsis

For these clients, Dr. Cage will have to loosen up more than his mind. 
After treating the first patient in his new practice, Dr. Cage's unorthodox, but successful, techniques have led to an influx of new clients seeking his help. As he makes his way through the never-ending line of men, a specific patient opens wide about one of his deepest secrets. In doing so, the man reveals a sexual anomaly the doctor wasn’t aware existed - there are gay men who absolutely refuse to top. 
Dr. Cage knows the best way to educate himself about new ways of thinking is to immerse himself in the experience, so he dives right into this receiving-only lifestyle.
