    Goal setting theory is summarized regarding the effectiveness of specific, difficult goals, their relationship of goals to affect, the mediators of goal effects, the relation of goals to self efficiency, the mediator of the goal effects along with the simplification of goal effects across tasks, people, time spans, countries, experimental designs, goal sources and dependent variables.

    Goal setting is something most of us recognize as necessary for our success.
