In 'Things We Never Got Over' by Lucy Score, Knox, a solitary barber who prefers a drama-free life, has his world disrupted when a runaway bride named Naomi shows up in his rough-around-the-edges town of Knockemout, Virginia. Naomi's mission is to rescue her estranged twin sister, Tina, who's as troublesome as ever.
