Summary

A collection of short stories about women and men of various ages and from dissimilar back grounds all engaging in different scenarios of diverse sexual fantasies, be it reality, daydreams, illusions or fiction. A book of bitesize, light-hearted, fun, entertaining, imaginative, enjoyable stories, full of laughter.
Each story is unique and individual in its own right, some lustful, only lasting as long as he does, whereas others have more depth, a tapestry woven making it a more wholesome and warmer encounter of love.
I hope to have painted a picture and set the scene before capturing the heat and tension of each act, with some having humorous conclusions whereas others have more thought-provoking and unexpected endings.

A glance. Sometimes that's all it takes for desire to overwhelm you, to make the body of a total stranger all you want, in all the sweating screaming ways propriety says should be forbidden. For Fiona, that glance just happened in the most unlikely of places, a crowded mall filled with tens of thousands. And in that glance is something terrifying. But its not the location that upsets her, not the sudden steaming arousal that shames her. It's not even the guilt that eats her because the glance isn't with her husband. The fear that's found her, that's begging her to flee from the lust and connection she's found in that glance, is a hidden secret she's run from for years. For on the other side of that glance, beaming in all its feminine glory, is the face of another woman. A face that's determined to have her.

“So where are we partying tonight?” I glanced at my best friend and band mate Erica. “Let's get through the show first, huh? Then we’ll party like the rock stars we are.” Erica grinned at me. “Since when do you worry about the show? You're always on point.” I tossed my hair back. “Yeah I am. I'm also a little needy if you know what I mean.” She nodded. “I do indeed.” She paused to apply the blood red lipstick she favored. “Wait, what happened with JD? I thought y’all were good.” Was that a gray hair? No freaking way! I thought. My hair was still ink black and long. But my grandmother had been a premature gray. Aw hell no. Gotta get rid of that. “Angel? Girl, you need to leave whatever you're smoking alone. You zoned out again.” I gave her a droll stare. “You know I don't do that. I was just thinking. What did you say?” “I said I thought you and JD were cool.” JD was the drummer for our band. He was hot with his long silky blond hair and green eyes. I felt a stirring inside just thinking about his hard body. He was the kind of guy I went for, muscular, tattooed and pierced. And he was a beast in bed. He liked me, I could tell by the way he dropped hints and stuff. But he was just a friend with benefits. I wasn't interested in being tied down to anyone right now. I was young and interested in being on top of the rock and roll world. I wanted to be as big as my dad was. “He's been dropping hints about us taking things to the next level but I'm fine with the way things are. I don't want to be in a relationship. I need my freedom.” Erica nodded in agreement and gave herself one last look in the mirror. “I hear you on that one, Ang. I was having that same conversation with Javier. I need to be free to sample what’s out there. Besides, one day, the right one is going to come along and you'll change your mind and settle down.” I laughed. “Ha. I doubt that. I'm not the settling down type. I like to be free to come and go as I please. Do what I want.” “And who you want?” “Of course.” Erica gave herself one last look in the mirror before she straightened. “Maybe when we’re too old to rock, we’ll get domesticated.” I followed her out of the dressing room. “That’ll be the day. You're never too old to...

‘A delightful and engaging romantic novel that adds a fresh and modern twist to the world of love and algorithms.’ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
'Freaking PERFECTION. 10/10. This was just so so good. I couldn’t get enough of it and wanted a thousand more pages of this.’ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
‘Trust me when I say you won't regret reading Once Upon An Algorithm and I hope you cherished their love story as much as I did.’ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
'As someone who works on a SaaS product in real life, although as a marketer, it was almost weird (in a good way) to be placed in a setting that's so familiar. I'm used to not understanding much of what they professionally talk about in STEM romances, so it was fun to be on the other side this time.’ ⭐⭐⭐⭐
In this contemporary fiction, Clara O'Connor explores the intersection of technology, workplace dynamics, and erotic tension. The narrative, new and fresh, delves into the world of computers and algorithms, challenging the traditional norms of dating and relationships.
For fans of Laura Carter (Always the Bridesmaid), Mary Pearson (The Kiss of Deception), Charissa Weaks (RT Booklovers), Louisa Morgan (The Witch's Kind), and Constance Sayers (The Ladies of the Secret Circus).
