Dr. TOSHA STARKE grew up on a grain and livestock farm in Brunswick County, Virginia. Pursuing her passion of caring for and healing animals, she received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004.
