Thomas Adams
Born near Sandersville, Georgia, on a farm in 1928 as the oldest of eight children, my mother and dad did not need a village to raise the family. We enjoyed good health and a wholesome family life as we struggled to make a living on our small farm. Fortunately, upon graduation from high school I enrolled and later graduated from Berry College at Mt. Berry, Georgia.
Miss Martha Berry established one of the finest schools in this country and the college motto:
