Nic Brown
Nick Brown is the great-grandson of Sergeant (later Captain) William Brown of the 97th Foot and Queen’s Own Royal West Kent Regiment who, like his namesake in Nick’s novel ‘Komatipoort Bridge’, sailed to the first Boer War in 1881. Nick Brown has travelled widely in South Africa and beyond.
