Michael Durack is a former corporate manager who suddenly switched careers in his late 50s in order to pursue his dream of providing a beneficial service to society (i.e., teaching) along with the ability to travel the world. When he discovered foreign English teaching, he and his wife disposed of nearly all of their worldly possessions to take on the challenge of immersing themselves in this new profession and traveling to China, Chile and Canada.
