May Clee-Cadman
May Clee-Cadmen studied Art and Design history, graduating with an honors degree in 2000. After training with one of London's most prestigious wedding cake designers, May founded Maisie Fantaisie in 2003 to create unique wedding and celebration cakes. Her previous title for D7C, Sweet and Simple Party Cakes, sold over 23,000 copies. May lives in London.
