Lucy Madden
London born, Lucy started writing about food with Homes and Gardens magazine. Moving to Ireland in 1973 she has contributed to a wide range of publications and for some years has been a regular columnist with the Irish Farmers Journal. She also writes a monthly column in Hospitality magazine as she and her husband have taken guests in their home Hilton Park in Co, Monaghan for over 20 years.
